Dispatcher - daily route planning (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cross Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
