Dispatcher - daily route planning (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around Omaha, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
