Dispatcher - daily route planning (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Freight and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of dock schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
