Dispatcher - daily route planning (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Wren Farms Associates supplies farm and food customers across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
