Dispatcher - daily route planning (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Ivory Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints.
