Dispatcher - daily route planning (Oakland, CA)

Amberfield Basin Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
