Dispatcher - daily route planning (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Stone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Nashville. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
