Dispatcher - daily route planning (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Linden Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Minneapolis. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 288 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
