Dispatcher - daily route planning (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Partners tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Minneapolis, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
