Dispatcher - daily route planning (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Oak Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
