Dispatcher - daily route planning (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
