Dispatcher - daily route planning (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Forge Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of weigh tickets. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
