Dispatcher - daily route planning (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Birch Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
