Dispatcher - daily route planning (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Rowan Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Madison, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
