Dispatcher - daily route planning (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fern Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 669 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
