Dispatcher - daily route planning (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Wren Inspection Services is an inspection company in Louisville with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
