Dispatcher - daily route planning (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bright Wren Freight and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling loads and lanes on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
