Dispatcher - daily route planning (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield West Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Little Rock region. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of packing house output. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
