Dispatcher - daily route planning (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Associates is an inspection company in Little Rock with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
