Dispatcher - daily route planning (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Drift Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
