Dispatcher - daily route planning (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
