Dispatcher - daily route planning (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Quill Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
