Dispatcher - daily route planning (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Mill Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
