Dispatcher - daily route planning (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Summit Fern Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
