Dispatcher - daily route planning (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Quill Inspection Services is an inspection company in Houston with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
