Dispatcher - daily route planning (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
