Dispatcher - daily route planning (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Bridge Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Honolulu. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
