Dispatcher - daily route planning (Hartford, CT)

Northwind Juniper Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Hartford, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
