Dispatcher - daily route planning (Hartford, CT)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
