Dispatcher - daily route planning (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Harbor Freight Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
