Dispatcher - daily route planning (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
