Dispatcher - daily route planning (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
