Dispatcher - daily route planning (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Hollow Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 429 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
