Dispatcher - daily route planning (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in Denver with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
