Dispatcher - daily route planning (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Mill Farms is an agricultural business based around Denver. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
