Dispatcher - daily route planning (Denver, CO)

Summit Forge Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Denver. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
