Dispatcher - daily route planning (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
