Dispatcher - daily route planning (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Quarry Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
