Dispatcher - daily route planning (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 454 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
