Dispatcher - daily route planning (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Orchard Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Charleston, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 612 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
