Dispatcher - daily route planning (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Oak Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
