Dispatcher - daily route planning (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Orchard Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
