Dispatcher - daily route planning (Buffalo, NY)

Foxglove Wren Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on daily route planning for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications.
