Dispatcher - daily route planning (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Partners and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would join a large organisation of about 576 people based in Boise. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
