Dispatcher - daily route planning (Baltimore, MD)

Redstone Yarrow Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Baltimore, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our daily route planning. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of field inspections. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
