Dispatcher - daily route planning (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Hollow Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
