Dispatcher - daily route planning (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Quill Inspection Services is an inspection company in Atlanta with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
