Dispatcher - daily route planning (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Keystone Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Anchorage. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on daily route planning. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
