Dispatcher - daily route planning (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Quill Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be daily route planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
