Dispatcher - customer updates (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Umber Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be customer updates. You would join a large organisation of about 330 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
